Ingredients

100 ml of Acai puree (or if you only have powder or juice you can adapt)
1½ cups of frozen fruit (red berries such as strawberries, raspberries are good)
3/4 cup fat-free milk (soy milk or plain yogurt can also be used)
1/4 to 1/2 cup brewed white tea
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1 peeled banana, frozen

Put ingredients in a blender. blend until smooth. Serve right away

This is a great breakfast starter to give you enough energy to start the day and of course the goodness of banana, Acai and other ingredients.

Ingredients-

1 large, ripe banana
100 to 200 grams pure frozen Acai Pulp
1/2 cup Apple Juice, water, or low fat milk
2 tablespoons of Honey (optional)

Toppings:

1/4 cup Granola
Remaining banana slices

Instructions-

Slice two-thirds of the banana into a blender and add the 2 packs of pure Acai pulp or puree with enough apple juice to cover the blades of the blender.  Usually about 1/2 cup will do.
Blend Thick and pour/scoop into a bowl. Sprinkle on the granola and the remaining toppings.

Another favorite fruit of mine mixed with Acai, this time oranges

Ingredients:


Splash of orange juice
Splash of acai berry juice/pulp
1 scoop of lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 banana

Add everything except the fruit to the blender and mix until consistent

Here is what is required to make the Acai Milkshake - Leblon style

Pour 2 ice cream scoops of Acai Roots or equivalent (puree) into a blender
1 ice cream scoop of yogurt.
Add 1/2 cup of Apple juice or you can also use Soy milk if you wish.
1 frozen banana and 3 frozen strawberries.

Blend until smooth and serve topped with granola and slices of banana

Acai with mango this time

Ingredients

50g Acai Berry pulp
50g mango
150g apple juice
Some strawberries

Blend until mixture is consistent
